Returns Policy
We hope you will love your purchase. However if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Please ensure that the product is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. Please email us at orders@josephineinteriors.co.uk stating your order number and reason for the return of your order.
We recommend you send all the items insured and/or registered when sent through the mail and retain proof of postage. Please note we cannot refund return delivery charges unless the item you received was damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we do not give refunds on:
- Items returned after 28 days
- Items without a stated reason for the return (contact us by email or phone)
- Damaged items not notified in writing to us within 7 days and with no proof of damage
- Made-to-order items
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.
In addition, while every effort is made to ensure accurate colour reproductions, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software or printer.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Availability
Goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
If your order is likely to take any longer or in the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. Delivery of made to order items may take longer and we can check for the earliest delivery date and notify you. We are not liable where any delay or failure in delivery is beyond our control.
Cancellation
You have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions in the Guarantee section below.
